Green Tea and Low Blood Sugars?

So this past month I have developed somewhat of an obsession with green tea! I know tea is generally good for you (unless you put sugar in it of course), but had noticed a drop in my average blood sugars since drinking it more. I don't have many numbers per se, but am thinking of doing an experiment of some sort with myself.

I was just curious if anyone else had noticed something similar. i tried looking online a bit, and there are some indications of green tea improving insulin activity, but research has only been done on rats supposedly ...

green tea is very good for detox and its great to have it early morning as your body is very active at that time and its easy to detox.

There are some green teas with low blood sugar avaliable in the market.
