Join us for an evening of empowerment, education, and peer support. Women age 18+ living with any type of diabetes or prediabetes are welcome.
This month we're planning a brief chat from 5:30-6:00 pm, followed by a gentle yoga session led by Lori Erwin. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle + any low blood sugar treatment you may need - just in case. If you own a yoga mat, please bring that with you to use during the session. Lori will have a few extra mats as well.
