At February meetups, participants will explore the critical connection between diabetes and heart health, uncovering why women with diabetes are at a higher risk for heart disease and how they can take proactive steps to protect their cardiovascular health.

Attendees will learn about the ABCs of heart disease management—A1C, Blood Pressure, and Cholesterol—and discover actionable strategies to reduce their risk, such as staying active, making heart-healthy food choices, and managing stress.
