Unfortunately I am too big a wimp to be in a triathlon, but I am trying to work out. As I posted in my blog, I have been exceptionally tired lately, but I have forced myself to the gym any way. That along with being more careful about what I eat has made a big difference. All I've done the last two weeks when I go to the gym is cardio. I either get on the elliptical or the treadmill or do some of both, but I don't feel like the walking dead any more. For those of you who have not managed to motivate yourself to workout (which I totally understand) Try to get some in. Besides helping keep your glucose levels under control, it really makes a huge difference in how you feel. Hopefully I will be able to drop some more weight too. I seem to have hit sticking place there. Any way... get up and get moving!!!!
