TABLE TENNIS

I play ping-pong games in a weekly community league. I also practice Skills and Drills, with a coach, a couple times a month to improve my game. Although ping-pong is not very strenuous at the level I play, I still break a sweat after 2 hours of playing. It is a very fun form of exercise! It is a way to get me out of the house, away from eating while watching TV at night! It is also a fun way to socialize. Check out the Table Tennis association for your state!:)

:) What a great idea! If you're breaking a sweath, your'e buring calories and that's a good thing. I would still monitor my blood sugar just to be on the safe side -- especially a couple of hours later when exercise can still play a role in your blood sugar levels.

Welcome!

I love table tennis and it's a huge work out!   You exert a great deal of energy in such a small area!  Check out Team USA Table Tennis teams!
