Just not getting enough sleep?

Hey everyone. This may be a little off topic, but I felt
that this would be the perfect place to discuss it. I have been struggling with
waking up in the morning. I wake up, feel exhausted, it gets better around 11
am or so and then I crash again for large periods of the day. Does anyone experience the same thing?

It has gotten to the point where I feel a little uncomfortable,
especially knowing that cups of coffee are doing very little to keep me awake. I
hope that some of you have a decent suggestion as to what to do. Also, I take
vitamins daily so I doubt it is an iron shortage?

Even one of my friends experienced the same. In his case it was the depression that caused the sleep problems. The lack of quality sleep can have a negative impact on your energy. Do you suffer from difficulty in breathing while sleeping? If that's the case then it might be sleep apnea. Many people are diagnosed with sleep apnea which is often associated with lack of sleep. If you suspect that it is sleep apnea then it is important to take your doctor's recommendation seriously. To know more about the disorder just go through the article.

Sometimes the cause of the sleeping disorder is the incorrect sleeping habit we do every day. You can change it by avoiding certain foods or snacks at night, and do's and don'ts in the nighttime.
You can found all these in the infographic http://mindyourzen.com/how-to-sleep-better/
