Good news for Type 2

According to EverydayHealth.com, a study in England has show that people with type 2 diabetes who tightly control their glucose levels for the first 10 years have a 21% reduction in "heart attack, death and other complications a decade or more later,". It is so nice to read something encouraging. So much of the information we receive is about all of the bad things involved with diabetes. It is nice to read that even though we may not be perfect, if we can keep things pretty much under control the first 10 years, the risks even a decade later are reduced.
