High Blood Sugars Post-Nap???

So I generally keep a similar schedule every day, and while it may not be 'normal' it's the only one that allows me to be a night owl and to get up and go to work every day! It goes like this: wake up, go to work, come home, nap for a few hours, eat dinner, stay up late etc ...

Recently I've just become insulin dependent and have noticed that after my naps (around 9 pm) after work my levels are extremely high (tonight almost in the 300 range) even though i hadn't eaten anything since lunch at 2 pm (and not a huge lunch or anything either).... how is this possible?!?!

Just curious...did you check it before your nap?
