very good low carb low fat recipe

I have created a new recipe. I don't know what to call it, but it seems to be very healthy and pretty good.



1 tbsp. olive oil

garlic powder

black pepper

basil

savory

1 half onion chopped

2 stalks celery chopped

20 mini baby carrots chopped

1 summer squash chopped

1 cup packaged broccoli slaw

1 lb 97/3 lean ground beef



Heat the oil in a skillet with seasoning. Add vegetables and cook until the onions are soft. Add in the ground beef and brown.

That's it! It's very good.

I served it over left over mashed potatoes, but it could be served with anything, alone, in a tortilla, in a flat bread, on a bun. I hope someone tries it and like it as much as my husband and I.
