Hello, I was diagnosed in May of this year. Feeling so many different emotions,frustrated,sad,mad,concerned,and scared. I will be 61 next month, and weigh 185 lbs and want desperately to lose at least 30-40 pounds. I am walk everyday at least 5,000 steps but usually do 10,000 steps. I try and eat healthy but don’t like a lot of vegetables. I am Italian so it was hard giving up pasta, bread, mozzarella sticks. Also love bagels and donuts and muffins and have stayed away from them. Trying to find things will less carbs to eat and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to reading everything I can in here .
