I heard that fruits are good for diabetic patients. But it contains carbohydrates and sugar. Share your comments.

Yes fruits contains lots of carbs and can spike your blood sugar.
Even for non-diabetics consumptions of too many fruits can be harmful due to high fructose content.

Its better to look for fruits with comparatively low carb content like strawberries, avocados, guava (eat in raw form, avoid having juice)

Fruits have carbohydrates and sugar also. Its better that you just eat those fruits that have low sugar content.
