About the Speakers
Michele Tedder, MSN, RN, BCC, is a registered nurse, certified life coach, and obesity expert.
She founded Village Empowerment Solutions, a consulting firm focused on improving health
equity for people with chronic diseases. As a Senior Program Manager at the Black Women’s
Health Imperative, she co-led the development of a diabetes self-management curriculum
and oversees its implementation. Michele hosts Dear Healthcare Provider, a podcast
addressing healthcare disparities, and serves on the board of the Obesity Action Coalition,
advocating for better obesity care and prevention. Her work bridges patients, providers, and
policymakers to create meaningful healthcare solutions.
Jane Quigley is a strategic consultant with over 30 years of experience in digital problem-
solving, specializing in data-driven decision-making. As President of ViralMoment, she leads
AI-driven video analytics innovation. Previously, she was Chief Client Officer at Converseon,
developing AI-powered social intelligence solutions. A recognized expert in social intelligence
and emerging tech, Jane has spent 15 years uncovering trends with AI and analytics. She
helps brands leverage data for impactful connections and actionable insights.
Gretchen Holmes, PhD, is the Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education and DIO at
Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has led GME programs at
multiple hospital systems, launching ten residency programs and achieving full accreditation
for existing ones. A published researcher in health communication and rural cancer
disparities, she has worked with the CDC and National Cancer Institute. Named a Top 100
Successful Woman in 2022, she hosts The Work in Between podcast and authored the
bestselling memoir The Work in Between, released in 2024 by Page and Podium Press.
