Meet the Speaker
Sheri R. Colberg, PhD, is Professor Emerita of Exercise Science from Old Dominion University and a global expert on diabetes and exercise. She is the author of 13 books, 40 book chapters, and over 450 articles, including many position and consensus statements. Her latest two books are The Athlete’s Guide to Diabetes and Aging Well with Diabetes: A 10-Point Action Plan for Older Adults. In 2016, she was honored with the Outstanding Educator in Diabetes Award from the American Diabetes Association.
