any advice or ideas of exercises that will help me get back on track???

I have over 9 months ago since I stopped working out, I did noticed my BS going down since I did some pop pilates and a bit of dancing cardio, since I moved I havent worked out at all, I do however walk basically everywhere and I noticed that when I walk my BS gets lower so have to carefully calculate how much insulin I take. So my question is hpw can I start back up again with my routine?v
