I am working so hard with my new exercise program. I don't mind the aches and pains, but the exhaustion is really getting to me. It is not just being tired. Even if I get extra sleep, sometimes I feel like I can't function. Could it possibly be that I'm not eating enough? The one thing that has happened is that my morning glucose levels have gone from between 135 and 165 to less that 120 which is great, but I feel awefule most of the time.
