Okay, I made something the other day that may be a "duu" for some of you, but it was easy, good, flexible, and anything from no carbs. to what ever you want.



2 Green onions chopped

1 stalk Celery chopped

Maybe 10 cherry tomatoes cut in quareters

1/4 lb. very lean ground beef

Season to taste, I used garlic powder, salt, and pepper.



Spray a skillet with Pam, saute the veggies lightly adding in seasoning, put in the ground beef and brown. Very good alone, but could be put in a tortilla or flat bread. I mixed what I ate with some rice. You could stir in some couscous, et. I like easy and flexible. :)
