walking has helped me...i started walking 2 miles 4 days a week..and i have lost 10 lbs so far. i walk with a friend in my neighborhood. she keeps me motivated. budddy system works.

When my hubby was working I had to walk our dog 4 times a day and I lost weight. Don't remember how my blood sugar was. Since he is no longer working he has taken over that chore. Need I tell you, I have gained. Since the weather has gotten cooler I have started walking again.

I do much better in cooler weather, too. My husband and I went for walks this summer and they felt great, but the humidity was killing me.

I plan to take full advantage of the fall season to get my endorphins going. :-)

Really walking is the good habit to have healthy life. It gives many health benefits to us. It helps to loose weight along with that it increases the blood circulation in your body which help us to keep away from the risk of heart attack, cancer, etc.
