I am looking into Transcendental Meditation in order to lowering my A1C by lowering my stress.  I am curious if anyone has tried it and if so were they successful in lowering that number.

My gooshness-gracious, this is the most recent post I've found around here besides the introduction forum, and no one replied.  Where is everyone?   I never tried TM, but have done visualizations with walking meditation in my labyrinth, deep breathing also for stress, but then again,  I'm always stressed, it seems the norm in my geezer days now.  Mostly I will just sit and do a jigsaw puzzle to relax.   I have been trying to find an exercise buddy, but haven't been successful. Would love to find someone to ride my bike with.
