There is an unspoken bond that naturally exists among women with diabetes. It's always wonderful to see the burden of living with diabetes lifted from women when they attend a PODS meetup and connect with other women who understand them.

  • open, respectful environment for women with diabetes and prediabetes to truly focus on their health.
  • opportunity to share experience, information, and support with other women who are living with diabetes and prediabetes.
  • includes women with all types of diabetes (including type 1, type 2, type1.5, gestational, LADA, MODY, prediabetes) regardless of whether they were diagnosed yesterday or 40 years ago.
