CDC’s DSMES Toolkit: DS Represents the Voice of People living with Diabetes

DiabetesSisters is a member of the CDC’s Partner Working Group, representing the voice of people living with diabetes.

The DSMES Toolkit is a comprehensive resource for achieving success in diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) services. Expanded use of DSMES services can help ensure that all people with diabetes receive the support and education they need.

Creating the DSMES Promotion Playbook could not have happened without insight from CDC’s national partners, people with diabetes, diabetes care and education specialists, referring health care providers, state health departments, and accredited and recognized programs delivering DSMES services.
